We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care service from our Leeds base. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered in line with CQC regulations, building and leading a motivated team, and ensuring compliance, quality assurance, and service growth.
As the Registered Manager, you will be the driving force behind the service—overseeing care delivery, managing staff performance, liaising with external professionals, and making sure the service runs smoothly, safely, and in the best interest of the people we support.
We are looking for a dedicated Care Co-ordinator in our Leeds base to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of our care service. This role involves managing care staff, conducting assessments, creating person-centred care plans, and ensuring that the care we deliver meets both professional standards and the individual needs of service users.
The Care Manager will play a key role in staff supervision, rota planning, and ensuring effective communication between service users, families, and external professionals. You will help maintain compliance with policies and procedures while fostering a supportive environment for both staff and service users.
We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Assistants and Support Workers in our Leeds base. In this rewarding role, you will provide hands-on support to service users with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, and social activities—helping them to live with dignity, independence, and choice.
